Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in general terms, what personal data Funzo collects to run the service, why it is needed, and how it is handled. It is a template for legal review, not a completed legal opinion.

1. Data Funzo collects

Account details you provide (name, mobile number, optional email, country and language), wallet ledger entries and referral records needed to operate rewards, game and challenge records, support tickets, and security signals such as login attempts and fraud-review notes. Funzo does not ask for payment secrets in chat or in public forms, and payment account references are stored only where a withdrawal workflow requires them.

2. Why this data is needed

To create and secure your account, show your real dashboard and wallet, record referrals and rewards, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, run admin review, and respond to support requests. Without the minimum account data, Funzo cannot provide the service.

3. Fraud review and device signals

IP addresses and device signals used for fraud review are handled under applicable privacy law, are used only for abuse prevention and review, and are not sold. A single weak signal never automatically bans a legitimate user; suspected abuse is reviewed manually.

4. Sharing

Funzo does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform (for example hosting and, in future, a configured email service or payment processor), under appropriate protections, and with authorities where legally required.

5. Retention and your choices

Data is kept only as long as needed for the service, for audit and legal obligations, and for handling disputes. You may request account deletion from Settings; deletion requests are reviewed and handled under applicable retention and legal obligations, so deletion is not instant from the button alone. 6. Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Admin access is role-based and audit-logged. No security system is perfect; if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password and contact support promptly.

Current app state reflected here: cash campaigns are paused, spin awards nothing, and withdrawal payout is gated until payment arrangements and legal approvals exist. If this page ever disagrees with the live app state, the app state and the published campaign rules govern, and the discrepancy should be reported to support.
