Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Funzo works, what you may and may not do on the platform, and what Funzo does and does not promise. By creating an account, you agree to these terms as published here. If you do not agree, do not use Funzo.

1. What Funzo is — and is not

Funzo is an entertainment and rewards platform. You can play games, complete challenges, invite friends and, when a campaign is active under its published rules, earn eligible rewards. Funzo is not a bank, not a payment institution, and not a guaranteed-income service. Nothing on Funzo promises income, employment, or a fixed return.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your password private, and use only one account for yourself unless the published rules expressly allow otherwise. You are responsible for activity on your account. Funzo may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with a documented reason, after review where practical.

3. Eligibility and age

Cash-reward features, when they are ever enabled, are subject to age restrictions and local law. Minimum-age rules must be confirmed in legal review before any cash campaign is activated. Until then, no cash reward is offered, and no one should treat points or entertainment scores as money.

4. Fair use and abuse

You must not create fake or duplicate accounts, manipulate games, spins or referral counts, use bots or scripts to farm rewards, or encourage others to do so. Suspected abuse is reviewed manually; legitimate users are not banned on a single weak signal. Abusive accounts may lose eligibility for rewards and may be suspended.

5. Rewards, campaigns and changes

Rewards are available only under the published rules of a specific campaign, subject to eligibility, funding, budgets and restrictions. Campaigns are currently paused. Funzo may pause, end or change a campaign for future qualifications, but changes must not improperly alter rewards that users have already earned under the applicable terms and law. Campaign rules, start and end dates and limits are published with each campaign.

6. Liability and availability

Funzo is provided on an as-available basis. Funzo is not liable for losses caused by your breach of these terms, by third-party services, or by interruptions outside its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes to these terms

Funzo may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Current app state reflected here: cash campaigns are paused, spin awards nothing, and withdrawal payout is gated until payment arrangements and legal approvals exist. If this page ever disagrees with the live app state, the app state and the published campaign rules govern, and the discrepancy should be reported to support.
