Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals let you request payment of approved cash rewards. This policy explains the workflow, the limits, and the current state: payout is gated.

1. Workflow

You submit a request; the backend verifies eligibility and available balance; the amount is reserved so it cannot be withdrawn twice; the request enters admin review; an admin approves or rejects it; approved payments are processed through the configured payment workflow; the status is updated and you are notified. A rejected request releases the reserved amount back to your available balance.

2. Statuses

Pending, Under Review, Approved, Processing, Paid, Rejected and Cancelled. You may cancel a pending or under-review request. A rejection always carries a reason.

3. Current state: payout gated

Withdrawal methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer) are prepared in the app but are NOT yet available for payout, because payment arrangements and legal approvals are not yet in place. Requests may enter the review queue, but no request can be marked Paid and no payment is sent automatically until those arrangements exist. Do not treat a queued request as a payment.

4. Limits and verification (when enabled)

When withdrawals are enabled, the minimum, maximum, any fee, verification requirements, processing time, country-specific payment methods and campaign-specific restrictions will be published here before they apply. The minimum must be reasonable and clearly disclosed, and must not unfairly trap rewards users have already earned.

5. No guaranteed withdrawals

Funzo never advertises guaranteed withdrawals without the funds and operational capacity to support them. If a payment fails or is delayed, support will explain the status and the next step; a failed payment does not delete the underlying approved reward without review.

Current app state reflected here: cash campaigns are paused, spin awards nothing, and withdrawal payout is gated until payment arrangements and legal approvals exist. If this page ever disagrees with the live app state, the app state and the published campaign rules govern, and the discrepancy should be reported to support.
